On July 22, 2025, Officer Phelps of the Harriman Police Department received information that Damion Raymond, wanted for Aggravated Assault in Georgia, was at a location at Love Dr. in Harriman. At 21:19, Central Dispatch confirmed Raymond’s extraditable warrant.

Due to Raymond’s violent history, additional Roane County Deputies were called. At 22:01, Harriman Police and Roane County Sheriff’s Office served the warrant. The homeowner confirmed Raymond’s presence, and he surrendered peacefully. Raymond was arrested and taken to Roane County Jail.
