A TN Silver Alert has been issued on behalf of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office for 53-year-old Mark Rickard. He was last seen Friday in Hixson.
Mark is 5’10” tall, 220 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.
He has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
