Martha Sue Wyatt, age 79, of Crossville, passed away September 8, 2020. She was born February 22, 1941 in Crossville, the daughter of Harrison and Ethel Tabor Shillings. She was the owner and director of Happy Clown Preschool on Lantana Road from the early 70’s until the early 90’s. The children adored her, and the parents loved her as well. It was such a comfort to them to be able to leave their little ones in Martha’s care. She and her family attended Simple Life Church.

She is survived by her daughter: Cindi Atkinson (Keith) of Crossville; son: Alan Wyatt (Kristy) of Crossville; grandchildren: Allison Norris (Billy), Abby Norris and Gabe Wyatt; great-grandchildren: Mikey Wargo, Alexis Norris and Mason Anderson; and sister: LouAnn Walker of Crossville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: James A. Wyatt; and brothers: James Shillings and David Shillings.

Graveside services will be held Friday September 11, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at Crossville City Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11 a.m. until 1p.m. at Hood Funeral Home in Crossville.
