Roane County law enforcement took 44-year-old Ralph Rollin McClean into custody yesterday for violation of the sex offender registry and violation of probation or parole. McClean was ordered onto the registry after his 2007 conviction for aggravated statutory rape. He was arrested in April 2019 and January 2020 for failure to register as a sex offender.
