The Tennessee Highway Patrol and medics responded to a single vehicle crash on Highway 127 North near Ashmor Road in Cumberland County late this morning. The report indicates a 2008 Toyota Sienna driven by 87-year-old Ronald Bogley of Deer Lodge was traveling south, left the road and struck a telephone pole. A passenger in the car, 83-year-old Amy Bogley, sustained minor injuries. The driver, who was not hurt, was cited for failure to exercise due care.
