MEIGS COUNTY MOTHER KILLED IN FATAL CRASH
A deadly crash took place over Labor Day weekend that resulted in the death of a 30-year-old mother, Amber Green, and the injury of her four children.
According to District Attorney Russell Johnson, the crash which took place on Highway 68 in the vicinity of Ten Mile, was likely caused by heavy rain causing the car to hydroplane while attempting to pass other cars.
Green’s children, ages 10, 9, 6, and 1 were taken to a hospital with two to be released soon and two still in intensive care.
