An Amber Alert issued last night by the TBI was called off roughly over an hour later after the child was located. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says 6-month-old Lilybet Boyd of Roane County was found safe in the Clarksville area of Montgomery County and a suspect is in custody. Authorities there located the Ford Explorer the individual responsible for taking her was driving. No further information was released.
