Few details have been released, but the Knoxville Police Department issued a statement saying a 78-year-old woman who went missing yesterday has been found safe.

Around 4 p.m. local time, KPD said, Martha Hutchins was safely located after disappearing from her West Knoxville apartment around noon on Tuesday.
