Crossville, TN- Thursday night the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department was in search of a missing woman. Authorities were on the scene of Pugh Road in search of 43-year-old Ashlea Hubble/Thomas who has been diagnosed with early-onset dementia. A woman whom Ashlea stays with told deputies they had both decided to lay down and take a nap around 2 PM. When the woman woke up around 4 PM, she discovered Ashlea to be missing from the house.

County units were able to check video footage of the last known area Ashlea was seen and observed her leaving with a male subject. The investigator then got a call she was seen walking down Chestnut Hill Road. Deputies were able to locate Ashlea and she was transported to Cumberland Medical Center for a mental evaluation.
