The search for a missing 15-year-old girl taken from a foster home in Wayne County, Kentucky, is over. Officers say Amabel Felix was found unharmed at a home on Kentucky 461 in Pulaski County. Police say 50-year-old Daniel Paul York, who is Felix’s stepfather, was sought in her disappearance. He is charged with first-degree rape, incest with a victim under 12 or with serious physical injury, three counts of incest, three counts of third-degree rape, cultivating marijuana – five plants or more, and possession of marijuana.
