WTVF is reporting a blanket believed to have belonged to 5-year-old Joe Clyde Daniels has been found. A source told the media outlet that the blanket was discovered earlier this week on C C C Road in Dickson. That area is within two to three miles from the Daniels’ home on Garners Creek Road. Dickson County Sheriff Jeff Bledsoe said he could not confirm or deny the report. The blanket was allegedly identified by a family member, who said it was a gift to the child this past Christmas. The parents, Joseph and Krystal Daniels, were in court for a preliminary hearing Monday for their respective alleged roles in the child’s death. Their cases were bound over to a grand jury. The search continues for the body of Joe Clyde Daniels.
