A mock DUI crash scene, sponsored by the TAD Center, will take place on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from approximately 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Stanley Street in front of Cumberland County High School (CCHS). The educational program gives junior and senior students a chance to see the dangers and consequences of impaired driving firsthand. Participants will also be encouraged to sign a pledge promising not to drink or use drugs and then drive, especially ahead of their upcoming prom night.

Emergency vehicles and personnel from the Crossville Police and Fire Departments, the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department, and Cumberland County EMS will be present to simulate the response during the exercise.

A similar mock DUI crash scene is scheduled for Stone Memorial High School on Friday, April 24.
