MOM SHARES MESSAGE FOR OTHER PARENTS AFTER DAUGHTER IS BULLIED

A Morgan County, Tennessee mother said her 12-year-old daughter found a horrible note in her backpack at school saying she should kill herself because she’s a mistake. According to a story from WATE in Knoxville, Angela Carroll of Wartburg says it’s not the first time it happened to her daughter. Carroll says she’s feeling a range of emotions after her daughter came home from Central Elementary with the note. She found it in her backpack at the end of the day on the school bus and officials are not sure who put the note there. Carroll wants parents to let their kids know that writing notes like this or saying things like this is not okay. “Teach your kids to love and respect each other,” said Carroll. The school’s principal told Carroll they are looking into it and working to find out who wrote the note.
