Mr. Fowler was arrested for driving under the influence in Blount County during the early morning hours of September 16, 2025. He began serving with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office as an auxiliary deputy in August 2024.

While Mr. Flower, like all individuals, is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office holds all employees, including auxiliary deputies, to the highest standards of conduct both on and off duty. Actions that violate the law or compromise the public trust will not be tolerated.
