Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies and detectives are on the scene near Joella Lane, Carter Road, and Burnett Road attempting to apprehend a male subject that was last seen wearing jean shorts and no shirt. The male subject is a Kenneth Shepherd wanted on active warrants out of Monroe County, including aggravated assault. Loudon County SO is also on scene assisting with their K-9 Unit.
