Cumberland County law enforcement responded to a house on the 400 block of Highway 68 yesterday for a breaking and entering in progress. The arrest report indicates 28-year-old Joshua Lee Moore and 22-year-old Brandon Chance Jones, both of Crossville, allegedly broke into the abandoned structure after it was secured by the owner. Both were each charged with burglary, criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.
