BREAKING NEWS – Megan Boswell, the mother of missing 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell, said today she is pregnant and cannot take a polygraph test regarding her daughters disappearance. The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department does not use the polygraph test and the TBI has not responded yet to if they would use it in this case. No other details were immediately available.
