A Cumberland County grand jury indicted a man yesterday on charges stemming from an incident back in June 2019. Court documents state 67-year-old Leonard Theodore Rogers caused bodily injury to a female by way of strangulation and caused injury to a law enforcement officer after the officer arrived on the scene. The grand jury yesterday handed down charges of aggravated assault, assault and resisting arrest on Rogers. He is scheduled to be arraigned March 23, 2020 in Cumberland County Criminal Court.
