The Cumberland County Grand Jury indicted 19 individuals yesterday on charges as a result of different incidents. Here is a rundown of the first set indicted yesterday (more indictments are being served this week on other individuals):

Larry Darnell Durbin, age 44 – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth), Possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale or delivery, and possession of a Schedule II drug (oxycodone)

Derrick Kane Foister, age 39 – theft over $1,000, criminal simulation, identity theft and criminal impersonation

Garry Lee Goodner, age 56 – DUI, second offense DUI and DUI per se

Jordyn Shea Howard, age 24 – aggravated animal cruelty

Joseph Oren Miller, age 32 – identity theft

Arless John Morgan, age 40 – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale or delivery and possession of drug paraphernalia

Brandon Dylan Poelakker, age 28 – two counts of possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale or delivery

Steven Randall Presley, age 44 – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth), aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and violation of bond conditions

Joe Levi Reagan, age 56 – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale and delivery and driving on a revoked license

Timmy Lee Roberts, age 36 – theft over $1,000

Leonard Theodore Rogers, age 67 – aggravated assault, assault and resisting arrest

Colby Dale Sandifer, age 39 – theft over $1,000

Timothy Bruce Seber, age 42 – DUI and DUI per se

Joel Ryan Smith, age 24 – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale and delivery

Desiree Christine Taylor, age 32 – introduction of contraband into a penal institution

George Daniel Walker, age 52 – DUI, DUI per se and possession of a handgun under the influence

Jennifer Leann Watson, age 40 – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) for sale or delivery

Donnie Whittenburg, age 59 – superseding indictment for aggravated assault

Carl Douglas Wolfe, Jr., age 33 – DUI

All of these subjects will be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court March 23, 2020.
