MOTORCYCLE PURSUIT IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY ENDS DEADLY
On Monday around 2 PM, a motorcycle was being pursued by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. The motorcycle, driven by James Morris, 30 years old from Rockwood, TN, failed to negotiate a curve in the Renegade Mountain area. This caused the motorcycle to run off the road’s left shoulder and strike a rocky embankment. Mr. Morris was thrown onto the roadway and ditch.
He did not survive his injuries.
