A motorcycle versus an ATV accident yesterday left two injured in Fentress County. Trooper William Looper says a Yamaha ATV operated by a 14-year-old juvenile from Rock Island, Tennessee attempted to turn into a parking lot on Highway 154 without ensuring the roadway was clear and was struck by a 2019 Indian Scout operated by 46-year-old Kathleen Spratt of Dallas, Georgia. Both were injured in the crash. The juvenile was charged with violation of the helmet law and operating at ATV on a highway.
