MULTI-AGENCY RAID NETS THREE ON THIRTEEN TOTAL CHARGES

At 7 a.m. Sunday morning, the Oliver Springs Police Department, aided by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team and members of the 7th Judicial Crime Task Force, executed a search warrant on the 300 block of Strutt Street in Oliver Springs. During the raid, the warrant officers found a loaded handgun and drugs that included crack cocaine, marijuana, ecstasy, assorted pills and items of drug paraphernalia.

Stephence Clayborne Flowers, age 42, of Oliver Springs, was charged with criminal conspiracy, two counts of sale and delivery of a Schedule II drug, sale and delivery of a Schedule VI drug, possession of a handgun during the commission of a felony and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Randi Mitchell Burum, age 43, of Oak Ridge, was charged with sale and delivery of a Schedule II drug, sale and delivery of a Schedule VI drug, simple possession and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Delesha Ann Benjamin, age 39, of Oak Ridge, was charged with sale and delivery of a Schedule II drug, sale and delivery of a Schedule VI drug and possession of a legend drug without a prescription.

All three were arrested and taken to the Roane County jail.
