A multi-vehicle crash has completely closed State Route 62 in both directions near Log Mile 2, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP).

The incident was first reported around 2:24 p.m. CT on Wednesday. Emergency crews and state troopers are currently on the scene, and both eastbound and westbound lanes remain shut down as responders work the crash and clear debris.

Drivers are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes, as traffic delays are expected while the investigation continues.
