Shortly after 5:30 this afternoon, several Crossville – Cumberland County law-enforcement agencies along with the Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to an incident in front of the veterans memorial on Main Street at the corner of 4th Street.
Eye witness reports indicate a possible shooting involving a homeless individual who was e observed making obscene gestures towards the Veterans Memorial.
