NATHAN BRADLEY WELCH FACES MULTIPLE FELONY CHARGES FOLLOWING JIMMY’S MARKET BREAK-IN
Nathan Bradley Welch of Oliver Springs is facing several felony and misdemeanor charges following a May burglary at a local gas station, according to court documents filed in the Cumberland County General Sessions Court.
Welch is scheduled to appear in court on August 24, 2026, to face charges including burglary of a building other than a habitat, theft of property valued between $2,500 and $10,000, and vandalism up to $1,000.

The Crime: According to an affidavit by Investigator Bobby Moore, the incident occurred around 4:00 AM on May 23, 2026, at Jimmy’s Market located at 2949 Westel Road.

The Method: Surveillance footage showed two suspects breaking the front window with a large rock, entering the store, and loading large garbage cans with cartons of cigarettes and vaping equipment.

The Identification: Investigators report the stolen goods were loaded into a 2003 blue Dodge Ram registered to Welch. Evidence gathered during the investigation also linked another suspect to the crimes.
