Victims’ Rights Week is April 19-25, 2020. 13th Judicial District Attorney General Bryant Dunaway commented on the week recognized annually:

“It is a time to remember the victims of crime, advocate for their rights and remember the heartache that many victims of violent crime endure and continue to endure. In the 13th Judicial District, we are placing blue pinwheels on the courthouse lawns in Putnam and Cumberland Counties which will stay this week. In the current environment, we will not be having a large gathering, but it would be great if you and your family or friends could stop by the courthouse lawns for a small group selfie and post the photos to your social media platforms with the #victimrights13th”
