Cumberland County officials say 21-year-old Andre Vincent D’agostino of the Lake Tansi area appeared in criminal court today charged with child rape. The judge set a new court date of April 23, 2021 in the case. He was arrested back in September 2020 in Rhea County and brought to the jail in Crossville. D’agostino remains incarcerated under a $1 million dollar bond.
