While on patrol before sunrise yesterday, a Cumberland County deputy observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a store off of the Westel exit off I-40. A check of the driver’s license of 30-year-old Mackenzie Michael Woolard of Farmington, New Mexico revealed a suspended status. A search of the vehicle allegedly revealed pills and meth. Woolard was arrested for felony manufacture, sale and delivery of meth and three counts of manufacture, sale and delivery of a controlled substance.
