Authorities are warning consumers about a “phishing” scam making email rounds. They say that people are receiving emails from Netflix that appears as if the user’s account is on hold and that payment details need to be updated. Investigators report that if you click the link, you are voluntarily giving them your personal identifying information. Clicking the links could also be a way of installing malware on your computer.
