NORRIS ARRESTED AFTER REPORTEDLY PULLING FIREARM ON A MAN IN CUMBERLAND CO.
Cumberland County deputies responded to a home on Tuttle Lane yesterday for an altercation involving a firearm. The report states an argument resulted in 23-year-old Joseph Lee Norris of Crossville grabbing a .22 caliber weapon and pulled it on a male. No shots were fired in the incident. Norris was taken to the Cumberland County jail where a corrections officer processing Norris allegedly found meth on him. Norris was charged with felony aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, manufacture, sale and delivery of meth and introducing contraband into a penal institution.
