Cumberland County deputies were called last night to intercept a motorist following a female driver near the intersection of Lantana Road and Pigeon Ridge Road.

Officers learned there were active bond conditions against the male driver, 56-year-old Michael Eugene Norris of Crossville, barring him from any contact or encounter with the woman he was reportedly following.

Deputies stopped Norris near the 2500 block of Lantana Road.

Officers allegedly found a small bag containing marijuana and a clear plastic bag containing meth.

Norris was arrested for felony manufacture, sale, or delivery of meth, simple possession of drugs, and violation of bond conditions.
