On Friday night, May 8th, Monterey Police conducted a traffic stop on E. Commercial Avenue and determined that the driver, Shaman Anderson-Lee Light, was wanted on active warrants from Ohio for Arson and Theft.

He was also charged locally with driving on a suspended license. Light was subsequently transported to the Putnam County Jail, where he was booked and is being held without bond.
