The Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to a motorcycle accident last night on Big Horn Road in Cumberland County. Trooper Justin Mote says a 1996 Kawasaki operated by 29-year-old Charles Kennedy of Crossville was heading east when he failed to maintain his lane of travel and left the road. The motorcycle rolled over and came to rest partially in the roadway. Kennedy was injured in the crash. The accident report states charges are pending.
