OPRY MILLS MALL IN NASHVILLE TO REOPEN AFTER DEADLY SHOOTING
Opry Mills Mall in Nashville will reopen to the public this morning after a man was shot and killed there yesterday. Nashville Metro Police said the mall will have an increased police presence today to ensure the safety of shoppers and staff. Officers say 22-year-old Demarco Churchwell died following a dispute with the alleged shooter, Justin Golson, yesterday. Golson reportedly left the mall and walked to a nearby ticket booth at the Opry House, where he surrendered his gun and told someone to call police. Officers say the shooting appears to be the result of an ongoing dispute between the men.
