On January 31, 2023 in the Criminal Court of Overton County, Brent Michael Fuller, age 28, entered a plea of guilty to the Aggravated Sexual Battery. The victim of the crime was a child. Fuller was sentenced to serve 100% of a 15 year sentence in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Corrections.

The case was investigated by the Overton County Sheriffs Office. Assistant District Attorney Randal Gilliam, a member of the District Attorneys Child Abuse Protection team prosecuted the case.
