Saturday afternoon, Cumberland County deputies responded to a home on Highway 70 North – where “No Trespassing” signs were clearly posted. They asked two individuals, 54-year-old Charles Eugene Henry and 47-year-old Kimberly Renee Slaven, whether they had permission to be on the property; they did not. They also claimed not to have seen the posted signs.

The homeowner asserted this has been an ongoing problem and she wanted something done.

Henry and Slaven were arrested for trespassing and each placed under $750 bond; they’re both due to appear in court April 29.
