Pam Jones, age 54, of Rockwood, passed away August 3, 2020 at Fort Sanders Medical Center in Knoxville. She is preceded in death by her father: Sherman Purkey; stepfather: Tom Barnes; and grandparents: Roy & Jean Purkey, and Mabis Gunn. She is survived by her son: Matt Williford; daughter and son-in-law: Lindsay & Ralph Ramey; mother: Margert Barnes Ward (Junior); brothers & sisters-in-law: Greg & Jennifer Purkey, Tommy & Stacy Barns, Shawn & Ailiz Barnes; special friends: Waltrine, Louise, Sandy, and Tricia; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday August 5, 2020 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Laurel Bluff Baptist Church in Kingston. Funeral services will follow. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday August 6, 2020 in the Midway Cemetery.
