Patricia Smith, age 68 of the Shirley Community, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at the Signature Health Care of Fentress Co.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2022, at 2:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Wright Family Cemetery in the Shirley Community.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 30, 2022, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

Patricia is survived by her:
