A Bradley County man was rushed to the hospital just before 1 a.m. this morning (Tuesday, November 7, 2017) after being hit by a vehicle on Interstate 75. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says 22-year-old Matthew Hanley of Cleveland, Tennessee was walking next to the interstate at the 36 mile marker when he was hit by a 2007 Dodge driven by 55-year-old Charles Stephens of Whitehall, Ohio. Hanley was taken to an area hospital where his condition was not immediately released. The accident is under investigation by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
