A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle around 4 a.m. this morning on South Illinois Avenue near the intersection of East Tulsa Road. The citizen hit was flown to U.T. Medical Center by LifeStar for treatment of life-threatening injuries. Their identity is being withheld because of the ongoing investigation. No other information was initially released.
