A man received a prison sentence in Cumberland County for a crime spree committed last year. Court officials say 31-year-old Danny Ellison Phillips, Jr. was charged with two counts each of auto burglary, burglary, theft of property between $2,500 to $10,000 and theft of property up to $1,000. Phillips was allowed to plead guilty to three counts of auto burglary and two counts of theft of property more than $2,500 and got four years in prison with credit for 308 days already served in jail.
