PHYLLIS ELAINE (BROWN) HENRY, AGE 72
Phyllis Elaine (Brown) Henry, age 72, was born April 4, 1949 in Crossville. She passed away June 23, 2021 in Lebanon, Tennessee.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years: David Henry; son: Timothy Henry (Ashley); daughter: Scarlett Chadwell (David); and grandchildren: Anna Caroline and Jackson Henry, Tyson, Maddox, and Berkley Chadwell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilker and Daisy Sullivan Brown.
The family will receiving friends at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home Sunday, June 27, 2021, from 2 until 4 p.m. central with the service to follow. Burial will be in Green Acres Memory Gardens following the service.
