TVA will carry out a planned power outage for a part of Roane County and extreme southern Morgan County tonight (Friday, Oct. 25, 2019). It will be for crews to repair a faulty part at a substation. The power outage will start just before midnight and should last up to 20 minutes. It will be in the areas of Oakdale, South Harriman, Cardiff, West Hills and Pine Hill areas.
