PLANNED POWER OUTAGE SET FOR SOME HARRIMAN UTILITY BOARD CUSTOMERS

Harriman Utility Board is planning a scheduled power outage for system upgrades starting tonight (Thursday, November 16, 2023), at midnight. The outage should last approximately 4 hours, with power restored by 4 a.m. tomorrow (Friday, November 17, 2023).

Customers on the south side of Roane Street and the north side of Trenton Street, from Morgan Avenue to Georgia Street, and customers on Trenton and Clinton Street from Crescent Avenue to Georgia Street will be without power during this time.

This scheduled outage is necessary to carry out essential maintenance and upgrades to the power infrastructure. These improvements will enhance the reliability and efficiency of power and ensure a smoother and more resilient power supply in the future.
