The Harriman Utility Board will conduct a planned power outage on Wednesday, March 12, at noon to upgrade infrastructure and improve reliability. This outage will affect Henderson, Sevier, Unaka, and Chilhowee Streets as crews work to reconductor primary lines and replace a broken pole.
