The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who robbed a North Knox County business yesterday morning. According to the initial investigation, a white male entered the Rocky Top Market, located at 308 East Emory Road around 4:17 a.m. on Wednesday. He implied he had a gun and demanded money. A Rocky Top employee produced a handgun when the demand was made and fired at the suspect, who got away and fled in an unknown vehicle. Officers do not believe the suspect was hit.
