Roane County authorities say 39-year-old David Lee Pollard, severely burned in a camper trailer fire on September 15 in Harriman, has passed away.

Firefighters and law enforcement responded that night to a fully involved structure blaze on the 400th block of Old Valley Road in Harriman.

Officers say 39-year-old Cynthia Renee Osbourne died in the fire.

Authorities say Pollard was also inside the camper. He was taken to an area trauma center for treatment of serious injuries.

District Attorney General Russell Johnson said a preliminary investigation indicates the fire may have been intentionally set by Osbourne.

The case remains under investigation by the TBI and Roane County Sheriff’s Office.
