An altercation at a home on the 5700 block of Highway 70 North in Cumberland County Monday resulted in a male being struck by a vehicle. The arrest report states two subjects came to the residence to serve a court order paper on 28-year-old Catherine Denise Pollock who started to drive a car away from the scene. Pollock allegedly struck one of them in the leg with the automobile knocking him down and the other had to jump on the hood to prevent from being hit. Witnesses were present and gave the same account of the incident. Pollack was charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
