Very little information has been released on a possible drowning in Morgan County Sunday afternoon. A spokes-person for the Wartburg Volunteer Fire Dept. says that one person was pulled out of the Emory River shortly after 5 PM. Emergency personnel performed CPR on the victim while enroute to Roane Medical Center. They also report that the subject had a pulse upon arrival at the hospital. No further information was released on the victim or on the incident.
