There is a power outage reported this morning (Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 6 a.m.) that affected hundreds of VEC customers in the northern section of Cumberland County along Highway 127. VEC crews are presently searching for the problem regarding a power line and will make repairs as soon as possible.
